Adam Day participated in an event organized by the Africa Security Initiative at Brookings Institution on a panel discussion exploring the complex and overlapping issues relating to political, security and public health in the Horn of Africa. The panel included Brookings Senior Fellow Vanda Felbab-Brown, United States Institute of Peace Senior Advisor Payton Knopf, Institute for Security Studies Senior Researcher Allan Ngari, and Brookings Nonresident Fellow Zach Vertin.
