Martin Kinuthia is Finance and Administrative Officer at United Nations University Centre for Policy Research. He has over twelve years of experience working in programme support, finance and office administration.

Mr Kinuthia was previously Programme Associate with UNICEF Kenya and, before that, Programme Assistant with the UN Programme on Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation (UNREDD)’s Regional office in Africa. He has also worked at the UN Development Programme’s Global Policy Centre.

Mr Kinuthia holds an undergraduate degree in Finance (Hons) and a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from the United States International University-Africa. He has also undertaken UN training and courses in Harmonized Approach to Cash Transfers (HACT), International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), UNDP Programme Management Trainings and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Part 2.
